This course provides the student with a working knowledge of National Child Nutrition Program operational requirements and the necessary procedures and controls to efficiently operate a Child Nutrition Program within a school district. The course will also provide an understanding of the funding structure and its requirements, as well as an overview of the various forms requiring completion.
